One of the Victorian ornamental shelters located the North of Barrans Fountain. The broad expanse of parkland sweeping down to the lake can be appreciated in full. A glimpe of the Upper Lake can also be seen from this point.
The Shelter has been renovated as part of the Heritage Lottery funded restoration of the Park at the beginning of the 21st Century.
As with many views of the park the Waterloo Lake stamps an impressive mark on the landscape.
