With funding from a beuqest by local resident and park lover Mary Hill, the Friends of Roundhay Park engaged local sculptor Shane Green to transform a dead tree into a wonderful new attraction in the area near Canal Gardens.
The tree has carvings of many of the animals you can find at Tropical World, and in the Park. Make sure you visit the tree next time you are at the Park and see how many you can identify!
